ELEMENTS XPERT - HEAVY CUT (1L)

STAGE 1

Both HEAVY CUT & FINE CUT make up the ELEMENTS XPERT two-stage process to paint restoration. This first stage HEAVY CUT compound is designed for the removal of imperfections in paintwork and fine sanding marks. Permanently removes P1500 sanding marks. An easy to clean and wipe away compound that used on its own will quickly produce a high gloss finish. This can be followed by the second stage of the process with ELEMENTS FINE CUT for an enhanced finish.

Directions
To be used with an ELEMENTS HEAVY CUT PAD or ideally first try an ELEMENTS MEDIUM CUT PAD and a polishing machine set to 1500rpm-1800rpm. Shake well before use. Begin by priming your pad. Then apply five evenly spaced out pee sized amounts of HEAVY CUT to your pad. Work on a small area at a time. With the machine turned off press the pad onto the panel at points to mark out a grid and spread the compound. With the pad flat to the panel start the machine, apply light pressure and begin by working the machine back and forth slowly across the marked out area working your way down with each pass. Once at the bottom of the area start to move the machine in the up and down direction slowly working the pad across the area with each pass. Move onto the next section. Once complete wipe any residue away with an ELEMENTS Premium microfibre cloth.  To further enhance the paint finish follow with STAGE 2 - ELEMENTS FINE CUT compound.
