Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY 

We currently work with DPD to deliver to all counties including Northern Ireland. Delivery outside of Ireland is not available at this time.

Once your order is packed, our couriers will collect after 2pm and your order is expected to be out for delivery the next working day (excludes weekends).

On the evening that your parcel is collected it will be scanned into the DPD sorting Hub and they will email you with delivery information.  On the morning of delivery, DPD will send you a time usually with an 1-2 hour window for delivery.  They will also provide you with tracking information and ways to manage the delivery.

  • DPD (dpd.ie) has a tracking system that allows for you to track your delivery.

Please check your SPAM/promotions folders as sometimes the email goes into those folders directly, as per your email provider. 

***Please note - the DPD policy is to leave the parcel in a 'safe place' when they see fit.  If this is not suitable, please let us know in the 'Delivery Notification' section on the cart page. 

Cost of delivery

  • We offer FREE delivery to anywhere within the Rep. of Ireland and Northern Ireland on orders with a value of €100 or more. On orders under €100 there will be an additional delivery cost of €7.95. 
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
You will receive a confirmation email once the order is received and another email once the goods have been packed at our warehouse. 
  • Orders for delivery: Online orders received before 12pm are due collected by our courier at 2pm and 96% of our orders are delivered next day.

  • In-store 'Click & Collect': If the 'Click & Collect' option is selected, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. A second email will be sent once your order is ready for collection. We will try our best to get your order ready for collection within 1 hour of receiving the order. 

*If for any reason we have a stock issue with any of your products, we will notify you by email/phone if there is any delay. Please note that extremely busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas period.

RETURNS POLICY

If you change your mind or are not happy with your purchases, you may return it to us.  Unless faulty, all items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging. 
  • If items are purchased online you can exchange or return them in store with the receipt of the online purchase.

  • Alternatively items can be returned to us by post / currier but it is important to note that the customer is responsible to cover all costs occurred in the return. If you are returning a product please email us first to info@xpertdetailing.ie or call 01 9011770. Once the item is received, unused and in original packaging then a refund will be issue to your card.

Faulty goods

If the goods are faulty or damaged when you receive them, you must let us know by phone or email within 48 hours. We will then organise an exchange or return immediately.
